Riggs currently serves as Senior Director of A&R for Eminem's Shady Records. As a founder and creator of MTV's "Monday Night Fight Klub", he saw the potential in young, unsigned rappers with a need for exposure and created a podium where they can express themselves in an entertaining fashion. As a former music journalist/music editor for publications such as The Source, Vibe and XXL, he has interviewed some of the biggest names in hip hop culture throughout the past 25 years; most of whom he has well established relationships with. As a music executive, he has worked with some of the biggest trendsetters in hip-hop music including Eminem, 50 Cent, Dr.Dre, Kanye West, The Alchemist and Cypress Hill as well as some of the most powerful and influential executives in the business today. During his tenure in the music business he has consulted for major corporations such as Pepsi Inc., Sony Records, PolyGram and Adidas to name a few.
