Obie Trice Loses His Mother To Breast Cancer

Obie Trice's mom passed away Tuesday (July 12) from breast cancer.

The former Shady Records artist spoke to AllHipHop about the tragic loss, and how he is more determined than ever to make his mother proud.

"My mom was always in my corner and her presence will be missed tremendously," he said. “I'm more determined than ever to ensure I not only impact the music industry but also my community, just as she expected."

We wish Obie and his family the best during this difficult time.

His third studio album 'Bottoms Up' is due out later this year

Really sucks for Obie Trice to only be named in the news after such a long time for the death of his mother :(
RIP to her mother and best wishes for Obie Trice to get back on track after these years.
