I Love possessed and his punchlines,but you always know what u will get from him,horrorcore inspired wordplay,and its delivered in this viscous way.

but Joe Budden punchlines are better because they flow in the verse,they are part of the verse they relate to a subject and concept,they dont sound monotonous or even feel like "oh he had to put a punchline here,didnt he",plus some possessed is pretentious,he tries to impress with his wordplay and it sometimes sounds uninteresting,never with joe.

he deserves a place on the poll because he ATTEMPTS punchlines too damn much,the guy basically thinks everything is a metaphor.
