Does anyone know what this beat is???

I'm 99.99% sure its a Khalil beat because a) It's a video about DJ Khalil and b) It sounds exactly like a Khalil beat. It is playing throughout the video below but you can hear it best during the first 7 seconds and then again nearer the end from 0:49 seconds til the end.



Does anyone on here know what this beat is?

Shameless bump but c'monnnn do any of you hip-hop heads have any idea what this beat is? It's seriously bugging me.
