Ross gets a lot of hate on here that I don't get. He's improved on every album and mixtape he's done. Rich Forever was dope, he has some good guest verses (Accident Murders, Devil In A New Dress), he gets some nice, smooth beats and then gets some consistent, yet overdone banger beats. I'm not going to listen to Rick Ross to be wowed by lyrics... because I know better.

But he makes some really, really dope hype music and has a nice mixture of beats, hooks, and standable lyrics for a good portion of the time.

I fucking hate Ross's content man and his voice has ZERO emotion in it and it all seems so fake to me...yes his flow was nice on Accident Murderers but I find my self fast forwarding his verse...I just dont like him period...it does not mean I am hating. If you dont like Shawarma does that mean you are hating?? like WTF dude

His content is extremely similar to every mainstream artist. You don't like any Lil Wayne, Drake, Kanye, Dr. Dre, Snoop, Jadakiss, etc, etc?

His delivery is a concern and I can see where the dislikes stem from there. He also has the same delivery, no matter if it's a banger or softer song. It doesn't bother me much, though. Eminem shouts on every song. Raekwon has a similar monotonous delivery.

I was never making the excuse for Ross and calling everyone "haters", because I hate that argument. His stuff gets made fun of and dissed a lot on here.. I'd call that hate. People can hate/dislike whatever they want. It doesn't matter to me. I just thought it wasn't warranted, but to each their own.
