Look at class & willy's comments... they don't have any problem to understand tech n9ne, they just think that tech n9ne often fills his bars with awkward phrasings & poor grammar.
As for me, I don't think tech n9ne is a "great rapper" because he uses a lot of rhymes in his songs but the choice of the words is bad imo.
He Can still make enjoyable music & he's a good live performer and that's why I only see him as an "entertainer".
