I'm sure that Kendrick Lamar's Art of peer pressure will stand the test of time for me. The track is just immense from start to finish.
Other than that one, here's some of my (non-Eminem) faves:
Common - A song for Assata, Retrospect of life, Faithful
Lupe Fiasco - The Cool, Intruder alert
The Notorious BIG - Thing's done changed, Everyday struggle
GZA - Basic instructions before leaving earth
Big L - I don't understand it, Fed up wit the bullshit
Cormega - Beautiful mind
Jay-Z - Song cry
Ghostface killah - All that I got is you
Mobb deep - Shook ones part 2
Slick Rick - Children's story
Wu-Tang - C.r.e.a.m.
Ice Cube - A bird in the hand, Turn off the radio
Lowkey - Dreamers
Outkast - Babylon
Probably forgotten quite a few but these above are amazing.
