They all credit the instruments (keys, guitars, bass, even samples**, etc) to people he hires to play for him. The same goes for Eminem & Kanye.

Hire a keyboard player, purchase 20-30,000 dollar sound kits, buy a good drum machine, tell the keyboard player to play a bunch of catchy notes until you hear something you like, record it, change the sounds in Cubase with your sound kits (or VSTs), add drum loops = Profit.

I think Dre's done a lot. Maybe he doesn't produce everything solo, but he did build a career for himself and discovered Eminem, helping to make his career what it is today. You've got to give Justin Beiber credit too. He posted videos on Youtube, playing guitar, drums, whatever else he plays, and got noticed. He put himself out there and took the time to build his image. I wouldn't say either are talentless or not hard workers. They're actually pretty clever to have found ways to make money without doing a lot after launching their careers. Dre with Eminem, Justin with his many products girls buy (perfume, whatever else).
