I wouldn't say he's awful, I'll say he's decent. I like some of his beats, some I think are ok, like the Not Afraid Beat. Then again, I did like the Seduction beat. And ight I will.

Yeah man, not many people mention it when talking about 2001's best beats, which says a lot about that album, but The Message just brings something different to the table, I'd have liked Dre to do more beats like this

Deja Vu is another Dre beat I've loved on first listen that doesn't get much love

His stuff with Bishop Lamont is good too, and people say Dre fell off? He's just one of many rap related artists that are wasting their talent by not putting any/very little music out

I think Bagpipes From Baghdad might actually be my favorite Dre beat of all time. I don't think no one's mentioned it here and idk how/why, it's incredibly sick, and harmonic.
