For me, top 10 rappers is, just who's the best rappers, when they are at their best. And who can create the best albums, not like...

Because otherwise you could have just a really good rapper, who puts out 6 really good albums... vs. a genius rapper who puts out 2 genius albums and 4 average-bad ones, and you'd rate the really good one a better rapper? the genius rapper to me, is still genius / better, capable of more.

The good rapper would be more consistent there, but not better or even as good.

I mean yeah...because another trait of being a rapper is being able to put out quality music over a long number of years. I guess if I was ranking it by how good each rapper was in their prime then Em would be up there.

Yeah Mc Bliss is extremely good. I think their best album to check out would be Running On Air because it's the easiest to get into. Eso kind of holds him back though.
