I would get this in a heart beat. I've heard Illmatic but don't own the album and have been wanting to buy it. Only problem is I only have enough money to buy Christmas presents for the fam. I seriously need a fucking job.

Don't forget that it receives an audiophile remastering of the master tapes (though not every gold cd has turned out amazing). Good sound is all about the mastering and If you play music from a loseless file or from the cd itself this should be amazing. Though Im not 100% sure I'm almost certain that this is the first hip-hop album to receive an audiophile treatment.
