Andrew Luck is destined for greatness and is part of the new generation of players. Not even comparing him to Lebron. I was just saying Andrew Luck is one of the Best of the new generation in the NFL and as time passes this will make a lot more sense.

It still doesn't make sense because Lebron is the best of the current generation. Andrew Luck would be comparable with Anthony Davis or someone like that.

The thing is, I'm not comparing the athletes with each other. For example it's more so Kendrick is the Andrew Luck of the NFL.

I would have kept it easier and just strictly keep it one player for each rapper, but since TR inhabits members from different regions of the world I thought that the fandom of sports varied. Thus my thread having like 3+ athletes for each rapper so members get a better sense of how I feel about x and how he shares characteristics, achievements, etc with y.

If you're comparing Kendrick to Lebron and Kendrick to Andrew Luck then yes you are comparing the athletes to each other lol also Kendrick is already one of the best of the current generation and much higher than Andrew Luck. Andrew Luck is more like Chance The Rapper

Kendrick is Neymar. Both considered one of the best without even accomplishing anything.

But Kendrick already is great so I'd say he's more like Aaron Rogers or Drew Brees

Well yeah I would have chose them in a heartbeat over Luck but what I was attempting to do is compare athletes from each sport from the new generation of players.

Initially I was going to go with Kevin Durant for Kendrick but ended up deciding that Lebron is a more suitable comparison.

Now Andrew Luck hasn't been in the league long enough to prove himself, and you know that it isn't easy for a Rookie quarterback to succeed that quickly in the NFL. He set the rookie record for more passing yards in a season and with a shitty overall offense and this season is worse with the injuries.

I understand what you're saying, but every choice I made conflicted with the fact that x isn't as good as y even though the point is to just compare each rapper with a player from each league and not players with players. I get I'm doing it indirectly but you're not supposed to read too far into it.
