2006 just started.

Rakim's "Seventh Seal" on an independant lable wil drop this year.

If it does, judging by the unreleased material Rakim had with dre, its gonna be murdaaah. Game, obie... or whoever simply aint gone stand a chance to a veteran hip hop artist with THEE album of all time and 3 other classic albums, whos working independantly and making his most probable "last" album and go out with a bang as an undesputed and an ever-recognised artist.

no idea, i see no news from him man. But i trust it gone be genious. Still havent been able to support the poor fella. Looked all over the shops for "mouse and the mask", no site of it here, and the other albums aint issued no mo'. shiiiiit.

I finally copped it and it didn't disappoint in spite of mediocre reviews
Most mainstream people just can't listen to dark shit anymore...
they only wanna here snap, crackle and pop music or sex tracks

I would have to agree with so far it being Obies. Busta really disappointed, I am sick of all these collabs on albums. I really didnt like Kingm infact i didnt even go through the whole album properly because it sounded that bad to me.

Im going with Ice Cube - Laugh Now Cry Later. He really brought the heat, everyone was building up to it and he let no one down... well thats my opinion.
