if i had just came across spratts music i woulda been a fan coz he got skills and good tracks, but coz of the way he went about tyring to get publicity ill never listen to his tracks...it may sound like hating but i aint denying hes good, i just dont like listening to arseholes no matter how much skill they have.

so he may have had a short "one hit wonder" of publicity but in the long run he'll only ever been known as "that kid that dissed eminem"

This Spratt guy's an idiot. He steals a fucking phone to beg Em to listen to a song and when marshall refuses he calls him a sellout that doesn't love his daughter. yeh you mention a good point, any artist who has a understanding of the buisness knows that if your un-signed but want to affliate (do a track ect.) with a signed artist, get a small fanbase and high listens on places like myspace and generally have a little hype and buzz, get a manager and get your manager to get in touch with the artists manager, then usually to motivate the guy after he's heard about your buzz you pay them for a verse...

not saying spratt tried to get a verse from eminem, what im saying is that if he had half a brain and felt he was ready to take the jump into major publicity (or big publicity of any kind) thats how you do it.

Is that a bad assumption to make? Is it bad to assume a person like Eminem, who has several songs for/about his daughter and a tattoo of her on his arm, a bad father?
