Anyone who isn't a fan of Lil Wayne should listen to Tha Carter 1 and 2. They were surprisingly good to me.

TC3 was… OK. After that, he fell off so hard, it was like the smug from South Park.

I did. C1 is incredibly average and forgettable and I don't know why everyone loves that album because I certainly don't, C2 is the only album he has that is worth a mention and even then it's overrated as fuck.

C3 was not okay, it was terrible. C4 was the "okay" one and I'm basing that off of production and a few gems among the bullshit. C3 he sounded lazy and he was too full of himself. It's an extremely bad album, one that made me never take this fucker seriously again.
