Kendrick was good.

50 'amazing' though :confusion: , guess we judge things a lot differently.

Anyway... a kinda nice melody to that weird half-hook but, same old shit.

I wonder if 50 is ever capable of making a song... about something.

Well if you look at "How to Rob"... he obviously can, he's just lazy as FUCK. And thinks people want him to maintain this gangster image.

50's still living in 2003, when being a gangster and "popping your pistolz" was the cool thing to do.

He should move on. Start moving forward, but if he wants to retain the gangster image, he should at least evolve.

Instead of a typical street thug, he should think of himself as the boss. The guy pulling the strings.

That beat is clean too. Great song overall.

because my psychic powers let me see the outcome of the song without even listening to it.

It's your idol Kendrick's fault though.

...I had to laugh at the fake one in this though.

But when Rick Ross tries so hard to have a gangster image people don't say shit? Nah. 50 is an OG. He can be a gangster if he wants to, that's where he comes from.

Wait, isn't that what people want though...? I'm confused. Whenever you listen to 50 Cent you think gang banging and guns and fucking bitches lmao. That's like telling Eminem to stop rapping about bashing hoes or asking Lil Wayne to make better music. It's like telling Big Sean to stop rapping about asses or telling Wiz Khalifa to stop rapping about weed. That type of music MADE 50, it's what everyone became a fan of his for...you're basically saying "drop what made everyone like you" lol.

I do agree that he could do it in a better way, but I mean come on...this is the type of music people wanted from 50 and now that he's making it people don't want it? Makes no sense to me.

But you're forgetting that 50's "bang bang" formula for success has been overdone. Yeah, it's what made him famous, but after a while hearing the same subject with little to no variation gets boring.

10 years ago people wanted 50 to rap about being a hardened thug, but now...not so much. Especially since hip-hop has left that era.

I just deleted this track from my itunes, it's really nothing I will listen to again tbh. The first time I heard the song it was great but not so much any more.

What are you talking about?

Do you not go on YouTube? Actually, do you not pay attention to the hip-hop world at all? EVERYONE hates Rick Ross's gangster persona.

And yes, I understand that the hood and living the life of a thug is embedded in 50's DNA but he needs to learn to evolve, that's all I'm trying to say.
