People would rather hear a song about an important topic rather than do about it. Look at the song Macklemore has called Same Love I think it's called. People LOVE the track, and I like it too, it's a great track. But how many people really go out and fight for what they believe in? Barely any. Positivity doesn't seem to thrive as much as negativity in society. Remember those school shootings, the Trayvon Martin case and the Dark Knight Colorado incident? EVERYONE was talking about gun control and how it was necessary, we were having discussions that honestly needed to be had. But look how quickly the talk faded, now you don't even know what's the next part of the stories in the school shootings, the Colorado shooting and Trayvon Martin. The workers, the employees, store managers as those Reebok stores had nothing to fucking do with this bullshit.
