Watsky + A new kind of sexy video

I can't stand this dude. He's got one hell of a boring delivery and most of his verses sound like it's just puns and comparisons strung together. I also can't figure out if his horrible singing is part of a joke or he is genuinely trying. If it's a joke, he's run it to the ground. The "Kidnap Your Boyfriend" hook is quite a contender for the worst I've ever heard :scratch:

I'm now checking out his new mixtape, A New Kind of Sexy, only because Intuition and DFD have been reppin' his ass. There better be songs that redeem him. Oh, and I like Intuition's verse on "A New Kind of Sexy", so it wasn't all loss

I love Watsky, and I haven't checked out his tape that released today but I can't wait. I've only heard the songs he released prior to the release of the tape and I like them. Also, his poetry readings are great. And no he wasn't really trying to sound beautiful on Kidnap Your Boyfriend lol.

Just because I don't like him doesn't mean others wouldn't, and I kinda what to know what the fuss is all about. Asher Roth's flow is waaaay better than Watsky's. His deadpan delivery/flow is the one thing that's stopping me from listening.

"Pale Kid Raps Fast" is dope actually. Deadpan flow? I probably made a mistake, I never properly separate flow and delivery. What is it when it sounds like someone is just reading lines? When I first heard him, I thought he was a comedian not a rapper.
