How are the Nate Dogg albums?

Greatest hook singer of all time and all, but are his personal albums any good? I'm wondering if people here have listened to them, and if so, how do they compare to his choruses? (are they hip-hopish, r/b-ish, g-funkish, etc?)

I listened to a little bit of one years ago.

Seemed like it was pretty alright. I mean, if West Coast gangster rappers sang instead of rapping, they would sound like Nate Dogg. It's cool, for what it is.

I don't listen to a lot of singing records that have much to do with hip hop, but if I remember right it wasn't terrible.
