It's ignorant to suggest Jay doesn't use multi's if you haven't heard his earlier work. He might not use to them to the extent of say Eminem or Lowkey, but they are there.

If the criteria for a lyrical rapper is to spit something like this, then go for it..

Jay-Z easily. I have no idea why some people think he isn't lyrical nor great at wordplay, rhymes etc. (or whatever has been mentioned in this thread).

Cunt of a person, yes, but that goes for both of those clowns. Even now when he isn't in his prime anymore, or remotely close for that matter, he can still outshine Weezy whenever he wants to. Remember, one decided to fall off for the love of money, the other just couldn't keep up, and honestly, he has never been a big deal.
