from what I have seen, snoop is still good when he has to do a freestyle =p

Tbh it would've been really cool if Hop made the cypher, he had a big buzz and all but guess he declined it because he's on tour or they just didn't call him (which would be surprising, let's not lie because he was a freshman + he had the biggest buzz out of all of them) (talking about buzz not sales)

Maybe they want him for a "freshman" cypher (although they wouldn't call it that). Plus Hopsin doesn't really promote the West Coast.
