Why would he put the EP songs on the album?

Maybe he originally made them for the album, but because of the delays and shit, decided to put them on the EP. He probably wants everyone to hear them, even his new fans because they're dope.

This Lace Up thing is like the best of Kells. It's like his story from the gutter to now.

That means we get 10 new songs. He basically said this album, his first major album, is his story from the beggining to the where he's at now. He said "I can't recreate the state I was in while making these songs, you can't recreate being poor now" etc.. I think it's true. I wish we had more than 10 songs though, but I'm happy with that.

A lot of artists put their best songs from their original Ep's on their debut album. Not in rap as much as other genres though.
