Big Punisher is MUCH better than BIG.
He has a voice similar to BIG, but does it even better.
Big Punisher was a much better lyricist, much more diverse, versatile, conveyed much more personality in his rhymes, more complex, intricate.
All Biggie had was a burst of fame and post-humous hype.

Technicality wise you could argue that Big Pun was better than Biggie but I enjoy Biggie's music much more and consider him a better overall rapper.

Pun was more skilled but I'm gonna have to agree with class for once, BIG had better music and better albums. Sucks they both passed by the time they were like 26 though they'd still be going today.
