I love that some of the newer school rappers have stated that they were influenced by the guys at Def Jux. I worry about the influence of Lil' Wayne, but I'm encouraged by the influence of rappers influenced by some of the more interesting and original guys to ever do it.

For example; A$ap Rocky said that Lil Wayne changed hip hop, Kendrick said that Lil Wayne influenced his style and they also have to do a record together and Cole talked about Wayne as a great MC.
