I don't think he's glorifying it, I think he's using it as a metaphor - just as a woman doesn't know she's about to be slipped the pill, his opponents don't know he's about to strike.

I mean, that IS what the entire song is about.

I don't know, man. Despite Eminem being an artist that constantly puts violence in his lyrics, he'd still be glorifying those ideas, so I don't think it's fair to dismiss him just because we've all heard it a billion times before.

Yeah, I meant that it doesn't matter if it listening to the lyrics literally makes you go out and do it.

But a society that is fine with those types of lyrics is certainly more likely to be alright with date raping. And therefore more likely for males to go and date rape.

I think us dudes just don't realise how many chicks have been sexually "abused" at some point in their lives. Rape culture is definitely an issue.
