Nah.. I think Jay waited for Kanye to drop first to be honest. Just like you said, it's not rushed obviously as he's had way more than enough time to record a 13-15 songs LP... plus he's one of those dudes who don't really need that much of a promo to go at least plat anyway.

That JT feat might make the difference too...
