Hailie's Song > Mockingbird

I've read that Eminem almost didn't put HS on Eminem Show, but some girls' reactions to it made him change his mind. I feel that he made Mockingbird simply to have an emotionly Hailie-releated song on Encore. That's not to say I think Mockingbird is bad though. It's not by any stretch of the imagination.

I read somwhere Dre found the song stashed in, like, Ems`s room or something, And played it to some girls. They started crying, and Dre made him put it on TES.

Yeah, I heard that too, Fleka. Em didn't want to put it on the album because...well, listen to it. And Dre basically stole it from him and played it for a couple girls, who started bawling their eyes out, so he made Em put it on the album.
