i'm pretty sure i remember listening to this LIVE in 2009 when I had my XM subscription...back in 2007 I couldn't have listened to it because Shade45 was not available on XM, only Serius

therefore I'm actually very sure it's from 2009 lol...i think a little after Relapse was released
