**Official 16 bar cypher competition**

The idea has been "kicked" around so many times for so many years. Well it's time to actually do it. The section is dead, not every can pop out songs on a consistent basis. Others have projects they are working on so they dont have anything to drop. Hopefully a competition (hell it doesn't even have to have winners or losers) just having a cypher would spark interest. So this is a thread to brain storm with all the members and really get a solid thing going.

Things that need to be discussed: Who's making the beat? What format should it be(how many bars)? How many people? What would the rules be if we do decide to judge it? Who would be the judges?

Thats only a few of the things that need to be worked out to be sucessful so please, take it apon your selves to answer questions and offer help in any way. Whether you want to be in it, judge, supply a beat, off an idea or 2. You get the picture.

Over to you guys, i will edit the post once ideas and participants start to come. Then once we get the rules and such get ironed down I will move it to the competition sub form. Lets make this happen.
