I'm Spike, from Minnesota. When I was a kid, my (older) niece had MMLP, and I was entranced with its sound. I was, however, not in the habit of listening to/comprehending lyrics back then. I re-discovered rap in highschool (with N9ne's "Anghellic"), and Eminem shortly thereafter. I have, for the past few years, been dedicating my free time to analyzing lyrics/voice inflections/songwriting, etc. I also love animated shows and the voice acting that goes with them. I like listening to long spans of careers and the changes that occur in everything from pronunciation to rhythmic structuring. Been skimming TR for about a week now- figured I'd better stop loitering and join
