Ok I will sound very stupid, but I don't care. In general I understand a lot of literature terminology, but have no idea what you mean by using 'multis'? Like internal rhyming?

No, its not internal rhyming. When you rhyme more than one syllable at the end of the line (or sometimes in the middle), thats a multi. Multi means multi-syllable rhyming. When you rhyme 2 syllables - double multi, 3 syllables - triple, you get the point. I guess...
