Electric cigarettes are free of tar, and don't produce smoke. They are much healthier than regular cigarettes. They vaporize instead of burn, which probably reduces damage to the throat and lungs. Beyond that, the only harmful thing they contain is nicotine.

Since Nicotine is in virtually every stop-smoking aide, you might as well go with the Ellusion cigarettes. It's just like the patch, or Nicorette Gum...it's all nicotine, which is in itself, a poison.

Tobacco itself is a poisonous plant. Nightshade is a close bedfellow, and certain strains of tobacco, such as Nicotinia Rustica, can be toxic to the touch. Simply handling the leaves can make you dizzy. So perhaps quitting smoking is something to seriously consider...right?
