Weed & Getting arrested

Okay, so by any chance can you get arrested or charged for being high? You can sometimes tell if people are high in the general public, what if they can get arrested? How about on Trshady, has anybody been charged or fined for being high in public. Also do you personally walk around high in public? Im sorry if these are stupid questions but im just wonderring if its possible

I smoke my weed open in public, but then again I'm Canadian and it's pretty much accepted here. I've never been arrested for it, but I have come close on several occasions.

Nver heard of being arrested for being high, don't think they can do fuck all, if you have any on you then you can get arrested. We got a 3-strike system in terms of arrest for possesion of weed
