I think as of right now its Jimmy Carter. My mom told me (I wasn't even alive) that during the Carter Administration there were 14 percent intrest on homes and the economy was its worst since the despression. But as far as in the long run, its going to be Obama...I mean just look was he's doing to the country, he's turning it into a Communist nation...and come on guys, Bush wasn't that bad. Maybe the last two years but still he took a lot more flak than he deserved.
