Battery is the unwanted physical contact to another person, and they made it perfectly clear that it was unwanted. Some places don't have a distinction between assault and battery and this could be one of them. Either way, she broke the law. And then she was instigating them by playing dumb "I just want to make people happy." Some people don't want bubbles to be blown at them, just because you wouldn't mind bubbles being blown at you doesn't mean everyone else shouldn't either.

sure they made it perfectly clear that it was unwanted but there's no need of getting arrested for it
and u say she broke the law?i didn't know there was a law for blowing bubbles but thanks for letting me know about that
and she wasn't "playing dumb by saying "I just want to make people happy." maybe she really did want to make people happy and i know some people don't like bubbles blown at them(because they hurt so much) but wtf
