So many songs. Anything by Disturbed though lol. Remember by fort minor. Many men by 50 cent. Alot of AOTP like Muda Murda, Hollow points especially when that fuckin beat starts.

Well the songs I mentioned by those are a specific few which I feel have that quality. Nas typically isn't a 'pump up' kind of sound due to his laid back / smooth style.
But "Hip-Hop is Dead (song)" I feel has that vibe to it. It's slightly harder, faster paced, has a rock tinge. Kind of rugged and empowering, also like "Can't Tell Me Nothing".
Not all of the ones I mentioned are totally valid 'pump up' songs, a lot are just ones I like a lot and they make me feel pumped up as I get excited listening to them. But most of the bolded ones I feel are valid mentions of this kind.
