Yeah I know man, great stuff. I remember laughing out loud on the part where he was in the hamptons (?) with his GF and he wanted to kill her so badly he was eating sand and what not lol.
Less than zero is great too, might want to check that out man.

I feel like I own that book but never read it

Or read just a chapter or so...AP is hard to top tho, that book is one of those IT's, Atlas Shrugged, Catcher in the Ryes....just on another level :worship:

I feel you, although I think Less Than Zero has way more similarities with Catcher in the Rye than AP story wise. Never read Atlas Shrugged though, always thought it was some feminist stuff, am I wrong?

Um, to be honest I read it in 10th or 11th grade, so like 6-7 years ago. All I know is that it kept my interest enough to read all of the like 1,200+ pages, but I have heard from people who read her shit too that The Fountainhead is better, tho I've never read it.

So I'm curious how less than zero is similar to catcher in the rye, cause that's top 3 all-time favorites for me

Might give that a chance then since I'm reading my way through a lot of classics lol.

Well, Less than zero is a coming of age story just like the catcher in the rye. Although I think the catcher in the rye is a 'warmer' book than LTZ they are still very alike. May have something to do with the character or just the overal way the book is written, I don't know.

They're both great though.
