Kanye is great but I agree that he's started to become overrated in the last few months. Taylor Swift is great for her genre, I wouldn't say she's overrated.

i can't really think of any overrated ones. Most of the ones that are bad, are seen as such. Like soulja boy is popular, but no one actually takes him seriously.
