Is Hulkshare Free Upload and Download?

I didnt know where to ask, i was just wondering cuz i kind of cant drop my songs... cuz im afraid its gonna cost me money if i either upload, or people download what i uploaded, im not sure what i should do really, if hulkshare isnt free, also a different site anyone knows that i could use thats free would be help.
