i did 2 diets before one for 7 months about 2 years ago. with that one i can't remember how much i weighed when i started, but when i stopped i weighed 113 kg (248lbs.). that is the lowest i ever weighed in my life. i followed then the Adkins diet. of course i screwed all my hard work up and gained everything i lost back and then some.

i finally decided to go back on a diet after about 2 years. i am still on that diet today. i started this diet 9 weeks or so ago. when i started i was at 141.3kg (310.86lbs). yes i know a fat mother fucker, lol!!!! right now i am 112.2kg (246.84lbs) (the lowest now i ever weighed!). i am 6'2" (sorry don't know what that is in meters). the doctors said that for my MBI i need to weigh between 90-95kg. ( 198-209lbs). i want to get to 85kg.(187lbs.). i know once i strt eating right again i will gain some weight back. i know what went wrong last time with my last diet and made changes to my life style. i still follow the Adkins diet, but a lot stricter now.
i eat nothing for breakfast. for lunch i have a small diet shake and that is all. 3 times a week i eat fish. 2 times a week i eat chicken. and then the other days i eat 2 pieces of lambs meat and 2 sausages. i drink every day 3 liters of water. that is the only thing i drink. i don't drink nothing else, just water. every day i run on my tread mill 3.5 km (2 miles and a bit i think). one reaction i get from my work when i tell them id GOD DAMN!! they can't believe i lost that much weight in so little time. i got a lot of old clothes i had to put away because i was to fuckin fat for them, but now i can wear them all again! i feel a lot better and fitter as well.
