ok i was just wonderin something here. is/has anyone ever gone on a diet? if so what diet did u do, how long did u do it, how much weight did u lost, and how much did u weigh in the beginning and at the end (if u stopped) or currently if ur still doing ur diet. i will start off.

i did 2 diets before one for 7 months about 2 years ago. with that one i can't remember how much i weighed when i started, but when i stopped i weighed 113 kg (248lbs.). that is the lowest i ever weighed in my life. i followed then the Adkins diet. of course i screwed all my hard work up and gained everything i lost back and then some. :'(

i finally decided to go back on a diet after about 2 years. i am still on that diet today. i started this diet 9 weeks or so ago. when i started i was at 141.3kg (310.86lbs). yes i know a fat mother fucker, lol!!!! right now i am 112.2kg (246.84lbs) (the lowest now i ever weighed!). i am 6'2" (sorry don't know what that is in meters). the doctors said that for my MBI i need to weigh between 90-95kg. ( 198-209lbs). i want to get to 85kg.(187lbs.). i know once i strt eating right again i will gain some weight back. i know what went wrong last time with my last diet and made changes to my life style. i still follow the Adkins diet, but a lot stricter now.

i eat nothing for breakfast. for lunch i have a small diet shake and that is all. 3 times a week i eat fish. 2 times a week i eat chicken. and then the other days i eat 2 pieces of lambs meat and 2 sausages. i drink every day 3 liters of water. that is the only thing i drink. i don't drink nothing else, just water. every day i run on my tread mill 3.5 km (2 miles and a bit i think). one reaction i get from my work when i tell them id GOD DAMN!! they can't believe i lost that much weight in so little time. i got a lot of old clothes i had to put away because i was to fuckin fat for them, but now i can wear them all again! i feel a lot better and fitter as well.

ii DO DiiETS SUMTiiMEZ...BUT MY DiiET USUALLY iiS NORAML..LOL...ii GO RUNNiiNG iiN THE MORNiiNGS...COME HOME EAT A PiiECE OF FRUiiT....GO 2 SKOOL...EAT YOGURT AT LUNCH...AND THEN EAT NUTHiiNG 4 THE REST OF THE DAY EXCEPT A SALAD 4 DiiNNER...ii STAYED AWAY FROM CARBS...AND FRiiED FOODS...AND JUST ATE THAT 4 LiiKE 2 MONTHS...iiT WORKED GREAT...ii USUALLY DO THiiS DiiET TWiiCE A YEAR :happy:

but 4 sum reason i stopped ... and i eat really bad ... and i never really do any thing excerise wise ... but ima losin weight ...

I'm not gonna recomend what I did from Grade 5 - 8. Not healthy at all. :sweating:

What I recommend is 'Eat healthier, NOT eat less'

My story is lil bit different. :) I am 20 years old, ~75 kg and 193 cm tall. I can eat wtf i want and nothing happends to me. I don't lose nore gain weight. :(
With these facts i am skinny, cause so many people are telling me, that u are skinny, eat more and blablabla talk. I am sick of this. My normal weight must be 80 or 85 kilos, in my opinion. I think i have fast digestion or something like that. lol. Don't know anymore what to do... Gimme some advice... ;)

damn... i hate myself already. :D

i never needed to go on a diet..im fit :8) n i dont do anything special to keep my form..i eat wel cuz health is more important..

i'm 6ft1 and weigh about 104kg i'm 17, i'm naturally a big guy not perticularly fat everyone calls me Tank or Hench when i play rugby cos i'm broad and tall. i do a lot of weight training for my sport because it requires strength this is probably why i'm pretty heavy but it is an advantage on the pitch cos i'm pretty fast for my built and hard to stop. i eat a lot of protien to help muscles grow, as far as exercise goes its winter and if the weather is good i'll go out for a 4 mile run of an evening or play football with my mates, i've let the cardio exercise go recently because if got a bad ligament injury but keeping up the weights.

i don't really diet.. i tryed the south beach diet (kind of like a modified version of the atkin's diet) but it didnt really work.
so my whole dieting thing is i eat a little less than i did then but now i swim for 2 hours a day, so i lost like 10 pounds and it's been like 2 weeks, but when i come home from swimming i eat really healthy foods, like a salad cause my body already feels good so it feels even better eating good food

I have a good metabolism, I think. I eat what I want (most is extremely unhealthy) and don't gain weight. So no, I dont "diet" as I've never needed to.
