It depends on a lot of factors, there isn't a set percent for anything. I think it would depend on what you wanted to do, your level of education, the size of the field you're in and how many people have the same education for that field and also, the connections you have in the field (as in a family member working for a marketing company and you getting a job there) But there's a high percent probably if you're in the right area, with the right education, and a lot of job openings.
