I payed 80 fucking dollars for that hoodie and it got charged to the card
Never got it
I email them like

Call the card company and get your money back. It'll be a pain in the ass and they'll investigate whether you actually got it or not, but you should be able to explain what happened and eventually get that money back

lol do u have swap meets over there? they have it (well at least our swap meet does)
