Your Rapidshare account is being terminated due to violating the terms of service.

Illegal downloads are being hosted on our servers, voiding the terms of service, we have detected and deleted the files and are now in the process of terminating accounts that have downloaded these files.

This is to ensure that more illegal content does not appear on our servers. We do not support nor encourage the usage of illegal programs, music or other media.

The terminated account will appear on Rapidshare servers for 2-3 days but you will not be granted access to it.

that's the point i was making. the reason Rapidshare even has premium users is cuz of downloads.

k it looks like my account got hacked and then the people who hack it then send you a phishing email saying your account has been shut down and not to show this email to anyone else....so i contacted rs and they reset my password and username....so i got my account back but all my rapidshare uploads (remixes) have now been deleted which is annoying but meh fixable

they cant do that man get on to them, you could own the original product and be downloading a back up incase of disc damage rapidshare have no way to tell if you do or do not have the physical product so they have no right in saying your downloading illegal files.


if you have the product payed for you are allowed to download it for the ISO incase you dont know how to extract it from the disc.


now i know you wont have the original product but they dont know that and have no legal way of finding out if you do.
