I get sporadic insomnia. Not quite as bad as yours, but I'll go through 2-4 weeks stages where I can't get more than 3 hours of sleep in a night and I can't nap during the day. Usually chamomile tea helps me fall asleep and stay asleep, but that's probably because it's not real insomnia.
