Just started again but finding it hard to fit it in n sometimes motivate myself... if you do what dya do n how dya fit it all in and stuff?

I try to get in at least 3 days a week for 1.5-2 hrs I have a really small frame being 5'6 135 lbs so its hard for me to put on a lot of muscle mass but I think I've made progress. I also eat pretty bad, so that doesn't really help..

I use stuff that pisses me off to motivate myself. :)

yer i know what u mean bout using that for motivation... before i start im well up for it its just when i start it kinda annoys me, n seems pointless... but for you all u need is to eat protein n carbs, n quite a lot, do 3 sets of 8 reps to failure for each muslce group twice a week, change the workout (reps/sets/rest days/rest between sets etc) every 4-5 weeks n ull be fine... trust me i know an odd amount of stuff about this :p

i do,been goin swimming,running

go swimming once a week and go jogging everyday aswell as doing crunches and press ups

I need to motivate myself lol. If i could afford to go to the gym i definitely would. Otherwise i'd run/jog but i just. Eh. I get tired thinking about it.

i work out 5 times a week between 2-3 hours a day. i stary with 30 m cardio then power training then end with another 20m cardio. with my power training i break it up. one day shoulders, back and biceps, next back and triceps, next day legs, 5th day is a bit from everything. i do abs 5 times a week.

i just started at the gym about a month and a half ago. i use to weigh 363lbs. now i am a slim 202lbs. started to eat healthy and going to the gym can make wonderous changes. it isn't always easy to find the time to go to the gym, but it is important for a healthy life style. i mean try not to look at it as a chore to go to the gym, but as a retreat or get away from the hassels of everyday life. i love it! i love the muscles and the way my clothes fit.

it is VERY important to eat healthy as well as go to the gym. if u eat shit and go to the gym, it's kinda like a waste of time in my eyes. i mean the whole point to going to the gym is to get healthy. if u don't eat right then u will not get results at the gym. good luck to u all! :smoking:

I've been playing basketball for 9 years now so I've always kept healthy, never been fat but never been too thin. I've changed teams now to a much better one which is obviously tougher. I did a couple of trainings with that team and I could see how unfit I was for the team so this summer before getting back to my new team I've been going to the gym.

I'm 15 years old, almost 16, so I do consider myself still quite young for going to the gym but usually it's to do with growth (as I've been told many times). I think I've done most of my growing so it doesn't seem to be such a problem to go to the gym now. I've been going for a month now, about 3-4 times a week. I've been doing quite a bit of running so to keep fit to when I get back to my team but I've also been working on my physical appearance, especially chest and back. I've always had some fairly "strong" biceps, plus, most machines work on biceps so I don't have to worry about them. The one month I've done I can see the change in figure a bit which is good, I just gotta keep going now for what I have left.

I just motivate myself to go to the gym by looking at myself in the mirror and telling myself that I can make it look much better. The music helps when it comes to being in the gym working out.

I'm going to be going to the gym for one more month but then I won't have time for it especially because I'll be in my basketball team. So I'm thinking of getting a machine to put in my house. My friend has just got one and it's got all sorts of useful things so at least I won't have to go to the gym during the week and have to pay and other nuisances. It's cheaper than I thought (this machine) so it sounds good.

shouldnt go below like 1500 calories a day really, can fuck u up in a lot of ways... n if ur eating that little you wont need to do much exercise either... well done on sticking with eating so little though i couldnt do that for shit... i eat terribly most of the time, n im i am eating healthy i eat FUCK loads... dont know why its so hard to be healthy :n:
