Man fuck cops (long post)

alright does this sound fucked up to u or what? today i got into my first car wreck . i was leaving school and it was raining out. well just before the turn to get on the highway ramp the car in front of me unexpectedly stopped and when i hit the breaks they locked n i slid right into the car and smashed my whole front of my car. Luckily on my part the fuckin car i hit in front of me just took off so i cant get a citation for the wreck (im guessing they didnt have insurance). However my car was fucked and due to the fact that i was all shook up i wasnt smart enough to get their license plate number or anything. Anyways due to the fact that there was no where for me to pull to the side of the rode due to the structure of the area i drove down the street and called the police. Well when the cops got there these fags werent even concerned about wtf happened n if i was alright. when they walked up to my car the cop saw that i had a black n mild wrapper tossed to the side by my cup holder n started in on me about is there any drugs in my car? n i was like noooo? i mean wtf im clearly not intoxicated and my cars smashed to hell and the car i hit is no where to be found shouldnt u be more worried about gettin the story down? but nope this cop started sayin stuff like o u rollin dope with the black n milds? (for one ive never seen a person use a black 2 roll, only rello's,phillys,swishers,etc.) and he proceeded to search my car WITHOUT my permission and found weed stems on my floor (the messed up part of it it wasnt even from me, it was from people havin it with them n maybe rollin it but i never let people smoke weed in my car). So they put me in the back of the cop car untill my mom got there. When my mom got there the cop was making it sound like he didnt believe i even hit a car cuz there was no chipped paint, n its like are u serious? why dont u do ur fuckin job n investigate n go a few feet up the street where the wreck happened n look at all the smashed car particles on the road or better yet ask around i mean it was by a highway entrance for christ sake there certainly was witnesses. well to sum up the rest i cant get charged with anything cuz the car drove off n there wasnt enough weed HOWEVER i dont have full coverage insurance so i have to pay for the repairs but in the mean time the thing is not even drivable and my mom is goin 2 piss test me 2 make sure i aint lying that it wasnt my weed (the last time that i smoked was a few days before thanksgiving so i hope it will be out of my system)..........but anyways can a cop even do that? can u legally search a persons car just cuz of underage tobacco? i asked the officer that n he said if they have suspicion of it they can do it. yeah bullshit i called u cuz i got in a fuckin wreck n i had no signs of being intoxicated. I kno this is a very long post lol sorry for rambling on i just had 2 vent ive had such a shitty day ill post a pic of my car soon.

amen man fuck the cops. unfortunately, if they have reasonable cause and suspicion they can search your car, which is bullshit because it's their opinion (since they've been "trained" to recognize signs of intoxication or drug use) that counts, and it's your word against theirs. That happened to me too. Me and my friend were parked and smoking a cigarette and the cop saw that my friend's car had our high school sticker on it. he threatened to book us with obstruction of justice (becuase we wouldnt let him search our car at first), underage tobacco use, and some other bullshit. luckily this was before we went to pick up the bud, so we didnt have shit on us. but your situation is worse cuz you've got a car to fix. in the immortal words of superbad, you've got a first hand experience of being fucked by the long dick of the law. and fuck the police
