My best friend just got kicked out of his house for the fourth time lol he plans on coming back
but for now he is still kicked out (for not having a job when he turned 18)

So every once in a while he asks if he can come over my house since he has nothing to do

i would say yes but The Moms says "no hes using you for a place to stay"
im like WTF i would ask to if i was in his situation it makes me look like an asshole

You're right not much evidence to back that up, and it's certainly not a nice thing to say...

However, from his description of the situation, I can't help but come to that conclusion. If he's good friends with this guy, has stayed over at his house a lot, and the guys in a bad spot...well, for his mom to say that the dude's using him, I can't help but see her as a bitch.

I've known plenty of mothers who would've had dude move in, since he got kicked out and all. I know that's too much to expect of everyone, but to say he's a user simply because he needs a place to stay from time to time is a bitchy move (imo).

Don't mean to offend anyone though. Except maybe homeboys mom, maybe she needs offended.
