same here. I tried everything the site said too but it didn't work.


and I agree asp it does seem like it's done on purpose. and it sucks that they don't do repairs there

and I got the box to send mine in today...less than 24 hours after I called I didn't expect it until tomorrow so now I gotta try to figure out how they want me to send it

go 2 fed ex store and they will send it or at least put it in a box 4 u. i wud just suggest take the ipod back to the store, do u suppose someth in'g s wrong with the firmware?
