You gotta have both, if a very talented person doesn't work at it, they will lose their gift. If a non-talented person, works their asses off, they can acheive success, but definitely not greatness.

I always had a way with words, and letters, can manipulate them easily, and make rhymes very easily. But rapping is something that is not natural to me, but maybe if I practiced hard at it, I could be okay at it, but it's not natural to me, so I`m not gonna bother trying.

So Real's right about the different things we're born with, and will power is a big one, with that, there's not much you can't do.....over time.

P.s It's my greatest weakness, have no will power, far too easy going.

Ud be pretty surprised...When you learn something most of the time its subliminal but your mind captures it before you understand it....so everything youve heard from hip hop.../rap It's absorbing into ur mind like a sponge...haha when hip hop first originated ull notice the style back then...People couldnt let it go..cause they didnt no how to previw a diff style....But then basically people who like to experiment changed that....What im trying to say makes perfect sense in my head lol. and i dont feel like writing a story in the morning so..yea It's all learned admit it or not...U would have to have never listened to music before...tho u do learn some on ur own..

its a little of both, you have to have the natural vocals for it, like a german guy doesnt... EXACTLY... have the natural voice for rap, then if you do you still gotta work at it to perfect it, keeping with the beat, having the lungs to not go "huuuuuuuuuuuu' in the middle of a song cuz your out of breath

its a natural for atleast a short time or beginning natural talkents, emotions will outbreak ability if its in you. i think so.thats the way it was with me it took a death in the family then you couldnt stop me from writing,wenton for years and still i writatleast journals, talk talk, blab. but its cool.
