yea those mini games seemed like a sorry attempt to be like Mario Party. the controls for those things were horrible. not to mention the awkward-ass controler to had to use.

Because they got greedy and thought that if they kept making more pokemon people would just buy more cards and it just didnt work that way. Plus that was like one age group. All the 7-12 year olds picked it up and once they were all out of it no one else kept it going ya know.

I used to watch Pokemon every morning before school and every afternoon when I came home. The first movie was the shit..I own it (and am feeling very tempted to watch it..). I'm a girl so I wasn't sooo much into the cards..I liked collecting them but I wasn't insane about it, and mainly I just wanted the cute ones.

I had the blue, red, and eventually silver edition once I upgraded to a Gameboy color, but never went beyond that, and mainly I was the guinea pig for my brother, when he wanted to trade Pokemon and whatnot. But man, those were the days.
